Charter and Survey Templates
The revised Charter templates provide guidance for schools to use in conjunction with their positive behaviour policies. These templates will provide a means through which to structure discussion around positive behaviour in classes and engage children in discussion at their respective level.
These template Charters can be used in conjunction with school or class rules. You may wish to include your class/school rules or a quotation from your Positive Behaviour Policy on the reverse.
The ideas are suggestions and schools may wish to use their class rules instead.
To assist schools in the self-evaluation process a number of Survey templates have been reviewed and revised:
All documents are presented in WORD format and can be personalised to include the school name, crest, mission statement/strapline/motto and changed to meet the school’s needs.
We hope you find these documents useful and we appreciate any feedback on their usefulness, appropriateness and any suggestions for improvement.
