Youth Launch of Year of Faith, St Michael’s Parish, Friday 12th October, 7pm

Clonard Youth will lead an evening of Music & Prayer in St Michael’s Parish and they will be joined by a variety of groups across the Diocese who will share their experiences and lead us in prayer.  Bishop Donal will begin the evening with the celebration of Mass at 7pm.el’s

Come along to all of the evening or drop in from 8-12pm for prayer, music and reflection Fr Murray &  the Diocesan Seminarians will be delighted to see you there.

Vespers in St Peter’s Cathedral, Sunday 14th October, 5pm

Bishop Treanor invites us all to join him and St Peter’s Parish Community for Vespers.  This will be an opportunity to gather as a Diocesan Community in prayer to celebrate the opening of the Year of Faith and to pray for the success of the Year of Faith.  Our prayer is that the Year of Faith will provide an opportunity for us to grow in our knowledge of our Faith and our relationship with God.

Mystics- Julian of Norwich, Wednesday 17th October, 7:30pm

Brendan Comerford SJ will be joining us St Colmcille’s Parish, Ballyhackimore to look at 6 of the great mystics of our Church.  The first evening will start with Julian of Norwich and then we will move on to look at Meister Eckhart, Edith Stein, Thomas Merton, Thérése of Liseux and Karl Rahner.  We look forward to seeing you there.
