Faith and Life Convention – Saturday, 30 September 2017

Book your place at our 4th Faith and Life Convention Saturday 30th September.

The Diocese will be welcoming Cardinal Kevin Farrell as the keynote speaker at this year’s Faith and Life Convention.  The Faith and Life Convention is a forum for people to gather together and take part in a range of conversations about the meaning of faith and its relevance to every area of our lives.  Set up by Bishop Noel Treanor and the Living Church Office in 2014 the Faith and Life Convention is one of the initiatives from the Diocesan Pastoral Plan and has been growing from year to year.

This year our convention will focus on Faith in the Family and we are delighted to welcome Cardinal Kevin Farrell, head of the new Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life to be our keynote speaker. It is  a privilege to welcome Cardinal Farrell to Belfast and we look forward to him providing a thought provoking input that will help us in our Preparations for The World Meeting of Families in Dublin next Summer.

An essential element of the day will be the afternoon workshops which will explore the place of faith in many different areas of our lives. This year we have a superb line up of 27 workshops to choose from.   Each participant can attend two workshops which will be booked on a first come, first served basis. So book early!
